OBF failure

On 13 August I receive a new Samsung S4, on 14 August the phone got extremely hot. I phoned the 1959 number and lodge this as an OBF, under reference S3-TYQ2I-II0k2. It is now a week later and I'm still stuck with the phone. I Would like Vodacom to collect this handset and cancel my upgrade request, will take my business, after 15 years, to MTN or Cell C.
