I started my application for a top up BlackBerry Z10 with Canton on 1/08/2013 he promised to hear from him 2-24 hours, on 06/08/2013 he called me and said that he was sick, but my contract has been approved, I said I will pick it up in 10 min. He called me back and said the price went up from R379.00 to R429.00 as the promo was over. He also said he will try to fix it and call me back. I went to the store on 07/08/2013 still no responce, he THEN only sent out a mail. I AGAIN went into the shop 09/08/2013 and said I will take the contract as in the book for R349.00 and NO top up then, I waited in store for about 45 min to get every thing, he AGAIN just pushed the phone in my hand (not taken out of the box or the sim) and told me I will be able to use it in "off line mode" for the next 2-24 hours to get connected. Today being the 12/08/2013 STILL no activation. He says its out of his hands, its the head office taking their time to help me. I called numrous times to find out how far he got and even asked for the owner Mr Frikkie van Eck to call me, but STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME OR MADE AN EFFORT TO GET MY SIM ACTIVE. In the mean time i am paying 2 phones but neither one is working...
