I send to you this message as assurance that I have cancelled contract number 10310130119694256315 biased on the below reasons.
On Saturday 19/01/2013 I went to a Cel C store in Pinetown to do a contract update for cell number 0844983654. I upgrade to a deal which offered two phones on the next day (Sunday 20/01/2012 I discovered that one of the phone was faulty (the P5100). I took It back to the shop the same day 20/01/2013. At the shop I was told that the phone will be sent for an inspection first then they will issue me with a new one. I was told that it would take about 3 to 4 day and they will call me.
After I noticed that I was not called within the time I was promised, I went back to the shop to find out exactly what was happening since I was going to use the phone for business purposes. The gentleman by the name of bandla assisted me, he said the process normal takes 7 working days so I must go back, He will call me on the seventh date just to issue that I don't come back for nothing. On the seventh day He never called me and
