On Monday, 10 June 2013, I visited the Clearwater Mall store to apply for a additional line on my contract. Theo assisted me and, on learning that Autopage needs to remove a block, promised to give me a call as soon as it was done. This never happened and I contacted the store on 12 June 2013 to get feedback. I was informed by Bernadette de Waal that the contract was approved and decided to go to the store. On visiting the store I was told by Theo that the contract was approved by Vodacom, but the block was never removed by Autopage. The removal of the block would take 2 - 24 hours. As this was 3 hours less than the advertised 24 hours Theo promised to call me as soon as the block was removed the next day. Guess what, no call once again!

Clearly getting service from Autopage Cellular in Clearwater Mall is a rumour. Is one extra line not worth the effort to deliver on promises made or would it be a good idea to take my business elsewhere?
