I have tried over 20 times in the past two weeks to speak to a technical person with regard to my 3G not working correctly. First call I made was to 808. I was told to call 1555. Fine this I did, and this is where the nightmare began. you call in you are prompted to dial the service you require. in my case this is 3-1-1-3 for technical assistance with 3G or what ever. after holding on I ended back at the MTN SP desk. I was told to call the number again which I did. After holding a while I was put through to contracts. they put me through to service, yes I find myself back at MTN SP or another division. This has carried on for TWO weeks and still no answer or success. MTN I have to say you employ the bottom of the barrel in your call centers. like wise your dial in prompt is the worst I have ever experienced. get a grip on life, do something. Sorry we just don't care you are just another paying customer.
