POOR SERVICE DELIVERY NO FEEDBACK ON COMPLAINTS

I received a December bill for my Cellphone & 3G Card contract in December for R5243.82. My bill average for the previous 3 onths were R959.07.I contacted the service provider on 17Dec2012 to investigate why they charged me so much seeing that I did'nt use my phone or 3G Card excessively. I spoke to the accounts department and nobody could give me an answer, they transfered me to their IT department and I logged a complaint and requested a detailed statement of my ussage, according to them it was updates on my 3G Card that was reponsible for the high charges??? I have been phoning back and forth for a month now and the problem hasent been resolved and still no feedback or statement. I made a payment on my cellphone and 3G mnthly charges beginning January. I also requested for my line not to be suspended untill the problem has been resolved, this mornig I received a sms that my line will be suspended and that I owe Autopage R8252.92. After all my efforts and numerous calls my problem actually worsend, I have been a Autopage customer for 6years and nobody seems to care, I need explenations and someone that is intrested to help me. How can my 3G ussage sky rocket from R959 to R8252???
