I have taken out a Neotel headset of which i bought upon me signing a contract of R99.00 per month. i was advised initially that because i am buying the unit up-front, i can choose to switch to prepaid at any time provided i send an email and give them one months notice.

i have emailed them in on the 08/05/2012 of which got ignored and my premium was being deducted. i called the call centre so many times only to speak to somebody who is incompetent and cannot resolve my issue.

on the 22/08/2012, i chose to over-look the past and foward an email again requesting my phone be switched a pre-paid system from a contract. i received phone calls from the call centre and to date my issue remains unresolved.

i make numerous attempts to sort this issue out but when you speak to someone at the call centre, they tell you that they will call you back but as usual nobody does.

this is so annoying.
