Cell C no service - Autopage passing the buck

I have been in contact with Cell C and Autopage since 30 January 2013. I have taken a cellphone contract with Autopage where Cell C is the service provider for my contract. I have reported to Cell C and Autopage that I have problems with signal, where I have not had any reception from 30 January 2013 to date. Autopage confirmed and said that they've contacted Cell C to fix the problem in my area, with no avail to date. To date I have not received any results to resolve this problem. Everytime I call the Autopage call centre they say they are waiting for Cell C, to top this I can never follow-up with the same person. Everytime I lodge a complaint (by email or phone) with Autopage, I haven't even had one person providing me with feedback from their (Autopage's) side. This is now getting ridiculous! 3 months paying for a service I am not receiving! Not to mention all the expenses of calling around everywhere trying to resolve the problem, costing me even more money! I have since taken matters into my own hands and went in to Autopage-Randfontein to have a sim-swop done, but this hasn't resolved the problem. I'm still awaiting a solution and still paying my contract? PLZ resolve ASAP
