Charges from August on my November account

On the 27th of November I logged a complaint with Autopage (M13112770), after also contacting them telephonically. I received feedback that the call was escalated to their IT department to verify the amounts charged on my November account, for Roaming SMS'es in August. The ref Nr for the IT call is 314464.
As to date I still have not received feedback and the SMS'es now appear on my December account.
How can Autopage add SMS'es of August on my December account, and then also Roaming SMS'es and R2.41 per SMS. I was NOT roaming during that time. I roamed in June and have already been debited for those SMS'es. I would like a full explanation on these charges, and a detailed lay out of each sms, in order to verify this. I do not agree with these charges.
And please do not reply: We are attending to your matter, and send an SMS that it has been completed without proper feedback.
Why can Autopage just not get this right. It is ALWAYS an issue.
