Trade Partner is a mess!

Trade partner needs to focus. I have been trying to get something done that can only be done from their side and for two weeks now they have been giving me the run around. They ask me to attach things that i have already attached. Honestly it is your job to look through the attachment on the emails you can't have everything spoon fed to you. All i ask is that you please do your part and make sure you go through all communication properly! Honestly you have prolonged this process and it is a nightmare that i have to deal with because of your incompetency. Please just do the right thing
