Vodacom rewards horrendously deceitful

I was contacted oct 12 for a data bundle because vodacom noted increased usage on my account, in Feb 2013, a trade partner also decided to contact me for more data services, informing me that this would be more suitable to me and assuring me that the previous data contract would be cancelled.
Upon reviewing my statements I have continued to be billed for both contracts... So I send customer care an email... They can't help. I call the 082111 number, after 30 minutes of being routed to every other department including the rewards company, no one seems to know how to cancel the contract, Gugu informs me that the supervisor is in a meeting all morning- so no Mr K Govender off the hook and I get derouted to vodacom, who are useless, incompetent, cannot understand the English language an totally obstructive. I still am paying for the unwanted contract. I am intrigued that I can sign a new contract in minutes with all my data recalled and credit history verified but I have to validate myself ten times and no one can figure out what's going on.
Calls are recorded so I am sufficiently irate that I shall pursue this matter legally. Thirdly if u are in bed with a trade partner U r responsibl
