Upgrade Nightmare

I ordered a Samsung S4 on 30 July. 5 days later I called to find out where it was. I was told that it was delivered on 1 August but I was unavailable. I asked for proof they delivered an who told them I was unavailable, no answer. Also courier is supposed to return 3 times, didn't happen and upgrade was cancelled. I upgraded again on 5 August and was told the phone would be with me by 8 August. I called again on 12 August to be told that they were waiting for for micro sims that were out of stock. I called H/O at 9am spoke to client liaison officer Mandla who would sort something out and get back to me. 4pm no response so far. I have been a cell c customer for more that 10 years. It is very clear that they are not concerned about keeping this relationship going. Looking around at the competition.
