IPhone Trade in deal

I was told about a trade up option with the iPhone 4 or 4s to get an iPhone 5. So I went onto Vodacom's website and found the deal which states that I (as a pre paid customer) can take in my iPhone 4 and swap it for a iPhone 5.
I then called Vodacom Greenstone where the guy who answered was very friendly and helpful until I said I was pre paid, at which point he said that they do not do the trade in on pre paid (although the website clearly states they do). He told me to contact Vodaworld which I did and they said that only actual Vodacom outlets offer this trade in.

On the Vodacom website [URL Removed] it clearly states that they do this trade in on the iPhone 4 to get an iPhone 5 as a pre paid customer.

Please could you help me to get my iPhone 5 thank you.
