BEWARE Barloworld Bruma dont settle your trade in! I bought a demo car from them around 6 weeks ago, and after agreeing on settlement process and last debit order etc, I was most shocked to see that a few days go, subsequent to my trade in already being sold, that my account was still debited my installment of my trade in! It turns out the vehicle had not been settled properly with the finance company, due to Barloworlds staff being so massively INCOMPETENT. Its now a WEEK after the debit order and I am still fighting to get my money back! HOW THE DID THEY SELL MY TRADE IN IF THIS WASNT SORTED?? Who really has this kind of money lying around to pay off 2 car installments due to them being incompetent and not getting back to me. Despite numerous attempts this as still not been fully refunded or resolved. Its disgusting I must put in so much time and effort to get my own money back! I am COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED! IF YOU WANT BAD / ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE I RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!!!
