Builders Trade Depot
Promise not kept

Since my initial complaint the service received from this supplier improved, however things are turning bad again. I had a fruitful meeting with Builders Trade Depo representative on Thursday 17 October 2013. The Builders Trade representative professionally pointed out the work that was suppose to have been done prior to the roof installation. It was agreed between myself and the Builder Trade Depo representative that I will attend to the work (slab roof installation) that still need to be done and that Builder Trade Depot will continue to work on part of the roof area that is not affected by the slab installation.

Atleast 3 working days have passed and Builder Trade Depot has not pitched-up to the site to continue to work on the part of the roof that is not affected by the slab roof as agreed. As usual no one from Builder Trade Depot has contacted me regard the delay.
