Pattex- PU FOAM -No more big gaps

The Pattex PU Foam was bought by my partner. When i received the can it had no straw attached to it (that should be attached) I asked my partner for it and he responded by saying it did not have one. I read the Instructions on the product and it stated that: Shelf life approximately 12 months from production date. Expiry date on the can is for 18/12/2013 it was purchased by my partner 29/12/2013. I do not expect Game to be selling expired products as they have always been my go-to store for DIY products. I was disapointed when i saw the can and the problems concerning it and i felt cheated out of my money.
