'Get It' not cancelled for months

I requested the add on service "Get It" on my Cell C bill be cancelled as I have used this service once in a yr and dont want it. This was sent through to Cell C on 18 March 2013 via email so my cancellation request was put in writing. Cell C then sent it on to their Get It department on 21 Mar. "Get It" responded saying my cancellation request has been submitted & provided me with Ref: 6101583 saying a consultant will contact me. No one called. I received my bill from Cell C for April on 10 Apr & once again saw the "Get It" subscription charge for 1 Apr to 30 Apr. I sent another cancellation email 16 Apr requesting that they ensure it is cancelled & I am refunded. I received a response from Cell C customer service on 24 Apr saying that a 30day notice period is required&a query was submitted for Refund. However I received my bill for May from Cell C on 10 May and sure enough another charge for "Get It" for 1 May to 31 May. Another email submitted 13 May & another response 18 May saying they will be in contact with me within 24-48hrs. No one has called. They cant process a simple cancellation, they continue to take money by adding it to my cellphone bill which is a debit order&wont remove it
