This complaint relates to my previous complaint lodged on HelloPeter on 20 Nov 2012. I never received a response from Sipho regarding which email address to use to send my 'non-renewal of contract' notice to. I was told by Sipho in his original email to submit my notice on 1 Jan 2013, in order to terminate my contract on 21 Jan 2013. I therefore emailed this notice to Sipho on 1 Jan 2013, requesting confirmation of receipt. As per usual, no feedback was received. I therefore require:
1) Confirmation from Cell C that my contract will not be renewed on 21 Jan 2013 as I have requested,
2) Confirmation from Cell C that no further charges will be billed to my account (this is what has happened in the past when I have tried to terminate contracts).
3) Confirmation from Cell C that no cancellation fee will be charged as my cancellation letter was submitted timeously.
4) An email address for someone in Customer Services or Management with whom I can communicate, and more importantly, will communicate with me i.e. respond to emails. As stated in my previous complaint, I am now resident in Australia - please do not try to contact me on my Cell C number.
