Cell C
Cancelation of contract

I have two contracts with cell c. the first one end on 5th october 2013, So i called cell c customer service requesting for settlement amount, the agent give me the amount but told me to get cancellation letter from cell c shop, i explained that where i am theres no cell c shop, both conttracts were opened telephonically and the phones we delivered to me. so i dont understant it why when i request them to e-mail or fax a cancellation letter to me it bacames a problem. i have done every thing they required me to do but they dont come back to me. when they want us to take up contracts with them they are very helpfull but after that u are no longer important to them.
