Disgusting Service and Breach of Contract

Good Day

Is this the length Consumers of Telkom have to follow in order to be Assisted. I had no internet since the 26 July 2013. When I came home my landline as well as my internet was completely off. I tried calling the call centre but after about 30 minutes of waiting for a technician to assist I put the phone down as I had more important matters such as my family to attend to. I then tried again the Tuesday evening and again had no luck. Thursday the 1st of August I eventually got through to an agent who said that they will be sending out a technician Ref 641crk310713. To date no one has contacted me or come out to my place to resolve the query. Yesterday I went on to the website to request that a consultant contact me and still no response. I am a Financial Planner and require my emails on a daily basis for work purposes. You guys are costing me money
I have this contract with Telkom for more than 4years now and have never complained or defaulted on my payments. I trust that you are not CHARGING me for any of these days as you are in breach of contract.

I am extremely frustrated with this disgusting service. Please resolve my query
