Nokia Cellphone not received after month & a half

I took my nephews's Nokia Asha 309 phone in fir repairs on the Friday 5th July 2013 at Nokia Care in Century City. The handset had a cracked cover, but the touch screen was fully operational. The staff couldn't give me a price but said they would let me know the exact price the following week.
After two emails & two telephone calls the next two weeks they were still unsure of how long & how much the new screen & touchpad would cost.
Eventually they emailed me after my third phone call with a quotation of R500.87 on the 12th July 2013. The lady told me I would get the phone back in the next two week for the longest, after I gave her the job card number of 5930. However this was false.
I then called them on Friday 2nd July 2013 after no response from my email. The lady said she knows about a delay in Joburg & that I will probably get the phone back Monday or Tuesday for the latest.
Now it's already the 6th week of my nephew is withouth a phone. I feel disgusted that this shop SM Mobile Solutions trading as Nokia Care, Century City is very unprofessional & don't have a clue what customer care is about. I wouldn't recommend any client to take their Nokia handset to them
