I visited the 8ta / Telkom store (opp Clicks) in Canal Walk on Saturday 31 August, being exceptionally frustrated. Keith, the 8ta technician eventually assisted me. And he was brilliant, 12/10 for his service. I subsequentlly left numerous messages on the answering service at the store as they never answer the phone. I've been unsuccessfull in contacting up until now. I cannot contact the call centre from a landline and my sim card is purely a contract for data. It is impossible to contact any 8ta technician telephonically. If Keith the technician could please contact me or my wife.
