RUDE & incompetent!!!

I signed up with Telkom for capped 5G data & free local & National calls in March 2013, since then I have had endless problems with my billing. Ive been in & out of the Ballito store to try and get it sorted as well as call the 10210 number on many occasions. After my line being suspended (in error) I was helped by the only consultant Im convinced who knows whats going on and assured all was sorted & the only amount due was R394.17 NOT R1698 as said. Today I get my new bill & suprise suprise I now owe Telkom R1368.96!!! I once again call the 10210 & deal with 2 of their RUDEST consultants, "Vuyo" being the most arrogant who refused to let me speak to a manager & then announces 'our system has updated and you owe R900 odd not the R1368.96. How does your system update when you just sent me the bill was my question??? What really gets to me is that clearly the system updated after my first call this morning but no apology instead me, the client is made the fool. TELKOM I am DISGUSTED at your service!!! You are a because you take our money & offer no service. Shame on you. I had no telephone or ADSL because of your incompetence. Not proudly South African at all.
