Awesome service!!!

I have to commend and thank Ebrahim from the Vodacom4U store @ Musgrave shopping Centre (near Pick 'n Pay) for the wonderful service. I was determined to get a particular handset, on a specific deal and it wasn't an option on Vodacom's regular deals.

Not only did Ebrahim reply promptly via e-mail to my inquiry, but he put up with my 101 questions and kept trying to give me the deal I wanted. Eventually he managed to get it all together!

Paperwork was sorted and I literally spent 10 minutes in the store signing documents etc and picked up my phone.

What a wonderful experience! Vodacom Customer care (made suggestions but really weren't too eager to resolve my inquiry) could take a lesson or 2 from Ebrahim!! Well done and thank you.
