Billing system cannot deal with special offers

Telkom offers a R499 all in package on its website which includes 10GB of fast ADSL per month, line rental, free calls after hours and weekends. In reality Telkom's billing system is unable to deal with the offer and every 2 to 3 months I have to spend 40min on the phone to get a call centre assistant to correct my bill as Telkom is constantly over charging me. I am extremely fed up given that this offer is widely advertised by Telkom but does not seem to be supported by Telkom's billing system. Telkom management, I am very close to closing my account. Please fix this problem on your side as I do not plan to keep calling you to sort out your billling system.
