USELESS INCOMPETENCE SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I HAVE HAD ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH MY LANDLINE AS WELL AS MY ADSL LINES OF TELKOM
when one calls 10210 for assistance u get employees that promise that the technitions would call u before they come out and fix it. that never happens. nobody even phones u to let u know they still trying. when u phone again u get the same. if u try other Telkom numbers to log a complaint those numbers don't exsist or don't get answered. because u do not have a Telkom line or adsl line u cannot get on internet and pay ur Telkom account and ur lines get cut. then u have to pay for reconnection. after weeks of phoning and not getting anything right u pay for a dongle and bundle (which cost a fortune) and u still have to pay Telkom for no service. is there anyone one can call and log bad service to??? is there anyone remotely interested??? hopefully someone in Telkom reads this but I would not hold my breath. if Telkom cannot fix the problem then let the consumer (who is paying for service) know so he can get another provider that can provide a good service.
