Cell C has got to have the worst Cellphone customer service ever. I had a 3G contract with them which I issued an instruction that the Contract be cancelled on the 27th of July effective the 27th of July and my number converted to Prepaid and I was told that I needed to pay in an amount which I did and then was told they would debit one last time on the 1st of August which is my debit order date and there was No Probelm with that and then the contract would be cancelled.

They never debited the amount they needed to debit on the 1st of August, a lesser amount was debited and on the 3rd of August I went to the Sandton City Branch to enquire becuase I could see the contrat was not cancelled and I was told the contract would be caanceled eng of August and No further debits would be made.

Today (7th of August) I call in to enquire again what is going on, Not only do I get very bad service (the worst kind) form the Agent on the other line but he actually also hangs-up on me as well.

if my account gets debited again there will be issues

If this is the kind of service they provide then they really should not be in the business of servicing people.
