COMPLAINT!!! B.E.R. Dispute - 357696040660379

Telecommunications

My Handset was returned B.E.R. & I wish to dispute the "Non Warranty Technical Assessment Report". The handset is declared BER (Beyond Economical Repairs) due to the effects of liquid/ Physical contact. In this case my handset did not sustain any liquid/physical damages. There was a photo of the opened phone on the report which indicated damage on the internal parts of the phone. My handset has never been tempered with by anyone and I am sure as that my phone couldn't have sustained any physical damage from my handling. The touch screen is the only thing I used on this phone, I didn't even use the keypads but yesterday (06 August 20013) I was told that I could have pressed the buttons hard. On the photos the board itself has scratches, how do you allege that I got the scratches inside the phone. The sales consultant at the MTN shop in Worcester (Mountainmill) also agreed with me that there is no way I could've even opened the phone, because everything was solid when he inspected the phone before it was sent through for repairs. It is quite sad that I have to pay for a contract that I haven't been using and to top it all, all you guys do is just try and find ways not to assist.
