Cell c is the worst cellphone company to ever deal

I have taken out 2 contracts with cellc respectively in August 2012. ever since as per contract my debits were to go off on the last working day of every month. since august last year up until may 2013 my a/c has been debited on the last working day of every month. suddenly at the end of june there were no debits. i called the call centre on the 02/07/2013 to query why the a/c has not been debited and was assured that the a/c was fine. a few days later i was notified via sms that my a/c was in arrears. i called back and was told that i had authorised the bank not to pay of which i have absolutely no knowledge about. i've always had sufficient funds and catered for all my debits, how ceel c says they did not receive payment. i would like to know. i then called back on the 11/07/2013 and was told that they will re run the debit for the following day. i was hospitalised and had no access to the bank to find out what was happening. they assured me that an amount of R570 was due to go off on the 15/07/2013 of which although was not the debit order date as per the contract i agreed as i still had funds in my a/c. i unfortunately did not check my a/c assuming that the debit did go throug
