Hello Mweb, I took out your 2mb premium uncapped service for 6 months @ 369 pm with a 2 month free bonus. so you only pay 4 months and get 2 months free. After phoning mweb in June to cancel the service, I received a email saying that dept. is closed over weekends but they will send me a email to make sure it gets cancelled. I received the email and went on with life as normal. another month goes by and I still pay R369 without using the service. I took it was the last month 6th so its fine I will pay as I did take it out. Now another month later I still get charged. Now I still need to do another months worth of payment as you need to give a month notice in advance. This is unacceptable as the service I got was poor and I moved to another ISP because what they market and what you get in 2 different things. I could understand if the line was abused and they cut the speed on the line. Best thing of all is I didn't even move over 100gb in 5 months when I used this service. After moving I still have to deal with them, wish I never called based on good marketing.
