This is how it worked.
1st month R470.23 (Amount and pro-rated) Free
2nd month R339 (correct) Free
3rd month R447.96 (amount and pro-rated) deducted from my bank on 28FEB/01March not as per my agreement.

Called today (01 March) to ask then to correct there mistake they did just change the date to be correct in the future.
