Vodacom
No sim port after 3pm???

Went to vodacom at Vaal mall on the 5th Aug after 5pm to port my SIM card and got helped by a certain gentleman but couldn't help me further as I didn't have a recent proof of address. The following day I returned to the same shop to port my SIM card and the lady by the name of Maria told me they don't port after 3pm. I asked for the reason as there was a guy helping me the previous day after 3pm and she told it was not possible for her to help me. I asked her that since some of us knock off at 5pm and their shop closes at 7pm, what was the point??? Really disappointed!!!
