Mweb uncapped ADSL

I signed up for a mweb uncapped data plan (R360 per month) a month ago. they told me the first 3 months are free. I got an SMS on the weekend stating that R744 has gone off of my account. Please inform of what this amount is for as my first 2 months should be free and i should only be paying R360.

I would appreciate if someone could contact me back immediately
