I am 8 and a half months pregnant and for 3 weeks now have been complaining to Vodacom about the terrible signal in our area where we live. Every day there will be periods where there is no network for about 30min at a time throughout the day. I have been told on a weekly basis that someone has come out to test the tower we get signal from, and all is fine - but clearly there is a problem as it has not improved in the 3 weeks that we have been complaining. The one agent even told my husband that there is nothing they can do and we should look at cancelling our contract with vodacom. That is not an option we have both been with vodacom for many years and never had a problem until now. We have asked for a booster to be put into our house for this period and I was told that wasn't possible. We are both utterly shocked with the service we have received from vodacom. All we request is that the network signal is working all day every day so when I go into labor I can get hold of my husband and am not stranded at home on my own. SHOCKED BEYOND WORDS!!!
