Vodacom 6 years of complaints and no service

Once again I'm complaining about the network coverage. I have been complaining for years and years. All I get are numerous SMS's and calls saying that the problem is being dealt with. There is no cell coverage in the one of the Sandton suburbs.all they say is they are looking for somewhere to put a tower or booster.they even sent a technician to my home who said the signal was so shocking that a home booster would not work. MOST COMPANIES WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS IF THEY HAD SO MANY COMPLAINTS... HOW DO YOUKEEP GOING VODACOM... all your polite calls when I call or write to complain..AND STILL NO SERVICE .. AND MY BEST IS THAT VODACOM CALLS YOU ON YOUR CELL PHONE REGARDING THE BAD SIGNAL .. Pity they can't hear you and you are lucky if you hear every 10th word they say... SHAME ON YOU VODACOM
