I have been experiencing network problems since september 2012.i have called vodacom customer care to inform them of my problem, a network technician was sent out to my property to test the signal strength, i was given a signal booster to help, but it hasnt improved signal quality at all. In november i was told that a tower was up in my area and it only requires activation.january 2013 still not actiavted, vodacom waiting for site planner. IN THE MEANWHILE I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT DOESNT WORK AT MY PREMISES.
