On Tuesday the 6th August I popped into Vodacom at Menlyn Shopping Centre (The branch downstairs next to Checkers) and was browsing for a cover and screen shield for my phone. Derrick came up to me in a really polite way and offered to help. He not only assisted me very patiently with my choice of covers, he put my screen shield on beautifully and with a smile. He also gave other advice and overall was such a pleasure to deal with. Well done
