Bad services from Report Centre and technicians

On the 30-07-2013 Telephoned report center, after 10 minutes of putting in different numbers finally get to speak to a person with bubble gum in its mouth can not talk it is chewing so much. Report the cable that is broken under ground that has been a problem for more than a year. All the person on the other side is saying that a call out fee of R250.00 will be charged for problems in the house. Why do they not pay attention to the client who is the person that is making the complaint after months of being told where the problem. Since Wednesday we have had 4 different calls from Telkom saying we will be there during the day but do not come when they hear the problem is under ground. Now my question to Telkom is why do they employ people who can not do the work, that includes the white technicians, why is the problem being past from one technician to the other and nobody does the work, what is happening to Telkom do they not know how to report a cable problem or do they just not give a dam as they do get their salaries every month and to with the client. Do we have to go to Neo tell for proper service. Reference no for my complaint is 192CTK300713. Thanks Steven
