Sigh, another Telkom report. This is now the 3rd report I submit about the same problem. The latency for everyone in wellington is up from 50ms to 250ms. I have checked that from various people with different ISP and tested the Telkom guest account. The previous 2 times telkom fixed the problem, but then after a week the problem is back again. Additionally telkom does not want to provide details about the problem. Just tell us what the problem is so we as a customer of Telkom (Regardless of ISP, it is clearly a Telkom problem) can assist if possible to avoid this current issue.

Please telkom fix this problem we CURRENTLY have permanently.
