It's pointless - they are useless! and dishonest

A couple of weeks ago I complained about Telkom not responding to my parents faulty phone. My father was terminally ill and we obviously needed the phone. After about 20 calls, I reported them to Hello Peter and the problem was sorted out, but didn't last long.
I put in another fault report and exactly the same thing is happening. I get an sms from Telkom saying that the problem has been sorted out, meanwhile no-one has been at my parents house to check the problem - they honestly don't give a. My father has now passed away, which I told them, and my mother needs her line to work properly... I told Telkom yesterday that I would report them to Hello Peter if I didn't hear from them by the end of the day... I heard nothing - they honestly and truly don't give a toss. Telkom are useless, the technicians are useless, the call centres are useless - they get their salaries at the end of the month and sod anything else.
If I don't hear about the at the end of the day and they don't sort the problem out, I will be going to Facebook, twitter, off my trolley and the newspapers. It's too risky dealing with Telkom and people need to find other alternatives like Skype.
