Once again my Telkom line is not working, the noise is so bad that we cannot use our ADSL line. After the last complaint they sent out a technician (Joe) who sorted the problem, that worked for nearly 3 weeks now, and now we are back to the same issue. The underground lines between our units in our Complex are damaged and 3 technicians have now battled to find a 'clean' cable.

We cannot use the landline for calls or ADSL.

The call centres are not equipped to deal with the bigger problems of faulty cables. The technicians check the line from the exchange, hear no noise and send and sms to say the line has been restored. Then I have to report again and the process repeats itself.

It is no wonder people are now reluctant to go with Telkom and opt for mobile operators!
