No Voice Service for 8 Weeks

I would like to report the following problem we have been experiencing with our Telkom service -

Since Oct 2012 it was almost impossible to make and receive telephone calls because of static noise on the line. It was impossible to hear what the person on the other side of the line was saying.
We first reported this to Telkom on 9 Nov 2012.

On 23 Nov 2012 we contacted Telkom again, because we have not received any service yet.
A Telkom agent then came out to our house (unannounced, but luckily our cleaning lady was at home
and could receive him). He reported that he could find no problem with the service and could hear the person on the other side of the line clearly. When I arrived home a few hours later, I tested it and the problem still existed. We did not report it again as it seemed pointless...

Since mid-May 2013 we have had no voice service at all, i.e. not even a tone and no calls could be made or received. Our records should reflect this. We logged this problem online with Telkom on 3 June 2013.

On 24 June 2013 I contacted Telkom again as by this time we have had no service from them. I was
advised that they are aware of the problem and they are working on it.
