Incorrect data received 2 months in a row

It started the 9th of July when I joined Cell C (iPhone 4s Straight up 100 [100 sms, 100 minutes & 1GB]).
I noticed that I was given the incorrect pro-rata data of 297MB and it was only the 9th of July.
I called on the 10th and said it would be resolved within 24-48 hours, reference number 307100329.

Turns out they loaded the wrong data discount package (after phoning them another 5 times, they could only tell me this). I then got an sms on the 30th of July that "Apple 300MB 100 Percent Discount has been activated on your account". Which is still incorrect as it should have been 900MB discount.

1 August i only received 400MB. During this period i have had to buy two data bundles (100MB and 300MB) to get through the month. This is obviously at an expense to me, & if i received the correct amount of data i would have never had to buy this.

I called on the 1st - received a new ref, number 3080102517 (spoke to a supervisor and said she would call back the next day) she did not and it is now Monday the 5th and no feedback, i called 10 minutes ago and no feedback and no help at all. I want to be credited for the additional data as well as the missing data for both July & August.
