I went into nashua mobile sandton and a lady assisted me she supposed to do my upgrade which was not done.
I called the call centre Monday 03/06 and a guy did the upgrade. This morning I called a lady said to me if I wanna buy data I need to dial *141*6# which I did he didn't work, I called again and a guy told me that I cannot load data that way as it's a contract and need to load it through the call centre I added 300mb which is loaded and he told me I will get addition 150mb due to the upgrade, I called a 3rd time, by this time I had lost R500 airtime. The lady told me the guy that did the upgrade loaded the wrong data, he loaded for apple and im using a Samsung, thanks to his stupidity I will be liable for hardware subsidy june and july, for data that's now removed, she said I will pay R582 for two months and R382 from august.
I want this fixed now as I will not pay for the hardware subsidy... I must just pay for my contract and R80 upgrade and addition R79 for my data effective july as per the consultant that loaded the data... the addition 150mb was taken off the only data im paying for is 300mb I requested. I NEED A RESPONSE LIKE YESTERDAY.
