I'm extremely annoyed with the service i'm receiving from Vodacom since last week. /i have purchased a contract phone online and instructed the guy who confirmed my order to migrate my pre-paid number to a contract which he didn't. when i received the phone i then phoned to activate it and instructed the lady again to use my pre-paid number with a caller ID, i then recieved an sms with a new number and phoned vodacom in an attempt to rectify that and they told me it should be done the following day. I phoned again and activated my pre-paid number on the 64k sim not on micro sim im using on blackberry i had just purchased. I phoned again and again to rectify this until yesterday when the guy who assisted me told me it cannot be done, i requested him to cancel the contract. I phone this morning because all calls appears as private number now the lady is telling me they will charge me another R9.50, Is it my fault that they activated two numbers on one contract? Why all the inconvenience?
