MTN won't pass credit as promised!

27 June I loaded 500MB internet data @ R119 onto my incorrect number. I tried to transfer the 500MB to my correct number but only the R119 transferred and the data remained on the incorrect number. I drove to MTN 14th Avenue. A supervisor, Vusi, told me he would transfer the 500MB data onto the correct number and log a request forR119 to be credited to my other number. Back home I logged onto the internet and the 500MB data was now on the correct number. On 28th I received sms from Vusi that the request for the credit is still being attended to. No contact number came up on the sms, only "MTN".
1 July, I emailed my complaint on MTN website, 5pm on that day MTN called to say the 500MB had to be taken off the incorrect number then credit will be passed by midday 2 July. No contact number showed up from his call only "Private number". I received an email from Thabani Ngwaqa Customer Services to say credit would be done within 24 hours. Again, no contact number.
The crux of the matter is: It is now 4 July (5 DAYS later) and my R119 has STILL not been credited! Call 173 customer service, all you get is a MACHINE spouting instructions which don't get me anywhere! WAKE UP MTN!
