Vodacom
Phone not delivered, nothing said since sale!!!

I put in an online order for a contract cellphone with vodacom, spoke to agent called Linda. First of all, the online advert on vodacom's website promises next day delivery, and its been 7 DAYS and nobody has called me since i put in the order!!! I have been calling into the sales call centre, and I have so far spoken to about 6 different people, and NOBODY was able to help me still! I'm either referred to another department, who then sends me back because they dont know whats going on, and and and... it has been a total nightmare, and I've really had it with these people now!!! Please sort this out, else if I dont hear anything by end of today I am definitely going elsewhere for better service!!!
