Speechless!!

I placed an online order for the Samsung S3 they advertising on the website. Everything went smooth, received the callback.. took my information and told me.. "we will call you back in 15min"..

After 2 hours I decide to find out whats going on.. What a mess!

I was referred to about 6 different people.. of which no one could give me a straight answer. just your application displays an error.. Not what error, not how to fix it.. just ERROR.

Thats not all..
Now the sales department tells me I cannot place another order withing 3 months.. WHAT!

complete stuff up from Vodacom's side. Guess I should take my business else where.
