SUPPOSED CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Almost a year ago I signed a contract for a 3G stick after being persuaded by a smooth talking salesperson who insisted i could cancel it at anytime. After months of complaining, I was told there was no signal in my area, that the 3G stick would be collected (it was on 7 July) - the acc would be cancelled and I would be refunded. I am still receiving Bills! Today i spent 45 mins being transferred all over Cell C with no resolution. One person says stick not received, other says yes it was. All I want is for this to be cancelled and refunded! I am so regretting renewing my phone contract which I also get no signal on once I am at home!! But, smooth talking sales people promise the earth and then don't deliver! PLEASE can I get some assistance to finalise this.
