USELESSSS!!!

This is this so ridiculous, I wanted a I pad mini on contract - no where at any Vodacom shop is there one available after the sales representative told me its available, I then changed my mind I will take the Samsung Galaxy tab 3 7 and to my surprise the specific store does not have it :( so I did my application online and it was approved and confirmed by 11:30 I received an e-mail stating that I can track my order on line with Ram, ja right nothing reflecting so I called Vodacom and oh my goodness I spoke to 6 different people that gave me 5 different numbers to call to find out what is happening with my order and then when I got to the correct department eventually I was told that my order will be delivered in the next 2 days - excuse me, when I placed my order it said that that when you confirm your order before midday your order will be delivered the next day.

Vodacom I seriously hope you can deliver on your promise.!!!
